Discussion. Did the SCPD and the public actually think that Roy Harper was the Hood, and the Green Arrow was a completely different person? In S1 Roy is literally saved by the Hood on live TV. From what we’ve seen the SCPD had a few details about the real Hood, Moira for example stated in 1x14 that the Hood was 6’1.
