Hace 3 días · Facts about Roald Dahl. Roald Dahl was born in Wales in 1916. His Norwegian parents named him after a Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen. His mother sent him to Repton Boarding School in the UK and many of his experiences were recounted in Boy. Pupils were also invited to trial chocolate bars -which later inspired Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
