Edmund Tolleson is a main character in the Netflix series Ratched. He is Mildred Ratched's foster brother and a convicted mass murderer. Known publicly as the "Clergy Killer," Edmund was convicted for the murder of four priests before being incarcerated at Lucia State Hospital, a psychiatric facility.
