After fighting their way through various mutated members of Batman's rogues gallery, (Mr Freeze has become a polar bear, Bane has become a jaguar, Scarecrow has become a crow, Poison Ivy has become a Venus Flytrap, and Two-Face has become a two-headed cat) they confront Harley Quinn and Joker, mutated into a spotted hyena and a king cobra.
