The centrepiece of the film was the thrill of watching 007 go up against the rogue 006 — the first and only encounter between two 00 agents in the Bond franchise.
This is a really interesting topic to me and I love that you're seeking out people's opinions opposite to your own. To me Brosnan's performance in Goldeneye seems uneven at times. I think in general he's a bit more reserved in most of his acting roles, but in his first Bond film, he seems particularly limited.
