Peter Bardens was a gifted player and composer, especially when working with Andrew Latimer. Camel was at its best when Bardens was at the keyboards and active in the music. Love all of Camel's work, but the 70's albums which feature Bardens are the bands best imo. This solo is a great example of why.

Camel evolved from a trio called The Brew (Andrew Latimer, Andy Ward and Doug Ferguson) who recruited Bardens and performed with him once under the name Peter Barderns' On before adopting the name Camel in 1971.
