Flags is a 1985 album by the duo of keyboardist Patrick Moraz and drummer Bill Bruford. Unlike their debut Music for Piano and Drums, which featured only the two instruments in the album's title, this recording expanded their musical palette by incorporating Kurzweil 250 synthesizer and Simmons electronic percussion.
Music for Piano and Drums is the first studio album by a duo consisting of Swiss keyboardist Patrick Moraz and English drummer Bill Bruford. Both were members of Yes at different times (Bruford from 1968- 1972 and Moraz from 1974-1977), and the two had played together on Yes bassist Chris Squire 's solo album Fish Out of Water in 1975.
Active between 1983-1985. Patrick MORAZ and Bill BRUFORD are legendary in the music world, and more specifically the prog world. Both spent time in YES, although never concurrently, and both contributed each to some of YES' highest rated albums, BRUFORD on "Close to the Edge", "Fragile" and "The Yes Album", and MORAZ on "Relayer".

Patrick Moraz and Bill Bruford were both members of Yes, but never at the same time. This collaboration between the two of them bears little resemblance to that band, however. This is more of a pure and quite typical Jazz-Rock album.
