Giger, Swiss artist who provided artwork for numerous rock and metal bands such as KoЯn, Celtic Frost, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Dead Kennedys, Danzig and Atrocity, died after being hospitalized for injuries sustained after he tripped and fell downstairs in his home at the age of 74.
