But what you shared could be one of the reasons. Solved: I'm opening a Revit file 2021 version into Navisworks 2023, and I see this error.

Solution: To resolve this problem: Run a command prompt as Administrator: Uninstall ODIS by executing this command C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AdODIS\V1\RemoveODIS.exe --mode unattended. Download the latest ODIS from here: https://emsfs.autodesk.com/utility/odis/1/installer/latest/AdODIS-installer.exe.
