26 de abr. de 2021 · Natasha’s Law is intended to help those living with food allergies or intolerances to make safe choices when buying pre-packed direct sales (PPDS) food items. These foods were not previously included in the existing allergen labelling legislation (FIR, 2014) 1 .
The Requirements Of Natasha’s Law Are As Follows: From 1st October 2021, the Food Information (Amendment) Regulations will come into force throughout the UK. From this date, EHOs will be including checks on the labelling of PPDS to their inspections and will be able to take enforcement action where appropriate.
