If it isn't completely lifted from a specific Vivienne suit, it is based on a few of them. Ai Yazawa is known to lift entire pieces from Vivienne as they're supposed to be Vivienne pieces (such as Nana's famous heart lapel blazer). I in fact have a particular blue suit jacket that matches this in my brain from the era of the Nana manga.
