Right now Jimbei is still stronger than Zoro, but once Wano is over (or maybe the following arc), then Zoro (and Sanji) will be stronger than Jimbei. Because I really doubt Zoro started the Timeskip stronger than Jimbei (who is already one of the best pirate).
