Mr Eaves Sans is a humanist sans-serif typeface designed by Zuzana Licko and published through Emigre in 2009. It was created alongside its close brother, Mr Eaves Modern, to be a sans-serif companion to the popular serif Mrs Eaves.
Originally designed in 1996, Mrs Eaves was Zuzana Licko’s first attempt at the design of a traditional typeface. It was styled after Baskerville, the famous transitional serif typeface designed in 1757 by John Baskerville in Birmingham, England.
