GENERAL INFORMATION. Hours of Operation. Mount Pleasant Regional Airport is located at 700 Faison Road in Mount Pleasant, SC. Hours of operation are 6 am to 8 pm. Monday through Sunday. Please call ahead, 843.884.8837. For after-hours assistance and operating hours during holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, after-hours fees may apply.
