Hace 5 días · While recording Ziggy Stardust, Bowie offered "Suffragette City" to the band Mott the Hoople, who were on the verge of breaking up, but they declined. So Bowie wrote a new song for them, "All the Young Dudes". With Bowie producing, the band recorded the track in May 1972.

The Lyric is "all the young dudes, carry the news, boogaloo dudes, carry the news" It was written by David Bowie initially to Go on his Ziggy Stardust album. But ended up on Mott the Hooples album of the same name. The album it was originally written for is about the End of the World.
