  1. 18 de may. de 2007 · Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen. DNA-Directed DNA Polymerase. Inheritance requires genome duplication, reproduction of chromatin and its epigenetic information, mechanisms to ensure genome integrity, and faithful transmission of the information to progeny. Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)-a cofactor of DNA polymerases that encircles ...

  2. TLDR. This study investigated how students learn from other peers that have made posters that reflect on new and sustainable forms of energy, and examined if peer-learning methodology (PLM) is an efficient method to train children in increasing their practical knowledge of sustainable energy usage. 5. 20 de dic. de 2023 · Moldovan et al. demonstrate that structural patterns of cfDNA are altered in the blood of patients with cancer. In a cell-line-derived xenograft model, this study ties these alterations to cancer. Integrating cfDNA patterns achieves 72% cancer detection at 95% specificity (n = 628, including 220 early stage) and can predict shorter ...

  6. 1 de jul. de 2016 · open access. Abstract. Question answering systems (QASs) generate answers of questions asked in natural languages. Early QASs were developed for restricted domains and have limited capabilities. Current QASs focus on types of questions generally asked by users, characteristics of data sources consulted, and forms of correct answers generated.

  7. 1 de ene. de 2012 · Summary. Inappropriate homologous recombination (HR) causes genomic instability and cancer. In yeast, the UvrD family helicase Srs2 is recruited to sites of DNA replication by SUMO-modified PCNA, where it acts to restrict HR by disassembling toxic RAD51 nucleofilaments. How human cells control recombination at replication forks is unknown.
