Milstsein Hall es el primer edificio que se construye después de 100 años para el renombrado Colegio de Arquitectura, Arte y Planificación (AAP) de la Universidad de Cornell. En la actualidad el AAP se encuentra repartido en cuatro edificios separados, diferentes en el estilo arquitectónico y el uso programático, pero similares en tipología.
El Milstein Hall es el primer edificio de nueva planta que se ha construido en la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Cornell desde hace muchas décadas.
