Return to the Blue Lagoon (conocida como El regreso de la laguna azul en Hispanoamérica y El regreso del lago azul en España), es una película estadounidense estrenada en 1991, en la cual se entremezclan elementos del drama, el romance y la aventura. El film está protagonizado por Milla Jovovich y Brian Krause.
Por su interpretación de Lili, Jovovich fue nominada para «Mejor protagonista joven en una película», en los Young Artist Awards de 1991, y también en ese año como «Peor nueva estrella» en los Golden Raspberry Awards.

Return to the Blue Lagoon is a 1991 American South Seas romantic adventure film directed and produced by William A. Graham and starring Milla Jovovich and Brian Krause. The film is a sequel to The Blue Lagoon (1980). The screenplay by Leslie Stevens was based on the 1923 novel The Garden of God by Henry De Vere Stacpoole.
Jovovich gained attention for her role in the 1991 romance film Return to the Blue Lagoon. She was considered to have a breakthrough with her role in the 1997 French science-fiction action film The Fifth Element , written and directed by Luc Besson .
