Mick Taylor, Brian Jones (RIP) and a distant third is Ron Wood. What a bonehead move Mick Taylor did for leaving the Stones at the height of their powers. Without Brian Jones, there would be no Rolling Stones. It was his band initially and Ian was the second member to join. I would go with Mick Taylor.
