The Menil Collection, located in Houston, Texas, refers either to a museum that houses the art collection of founders John de Menil and Dominique de Menil, or to the collection itself of paintings, sculptures, prints, drawings, photographs and rare books. [1]
La Menil Collection (in italiano Collezione Menil) è un museo progettato da Renzo Piano (1981-1987), situato in un quartiere residenziale di Houston formato da case unifamiliari e per questo adotta la forma orizzontale di padiglione, nel tentativo di integrarsi visivamente nel contesto.
