Margaret Stuber, MD received her medical education at the University of Michigan. She trained in Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry at UCLA, and joined the faculty in 1987. She is Board Certified in Psychiatry, Child Psychiatry, and Psychosomatic Medicine. Her research areas are childhood traumatic stress and medical education.
Dr. Stuber is Professor and Associate Chair, Medical Student Education, of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. She is a pioneer in the area of posttraumatic stress and serious pediatric illness, working clinically and in research with pediatric organ transplantation at UCLA since 1984.
