Apparently I have been confusing my doctors for years. I describe manic symptoms but they seem to think I am unusually composed and calculated. Does anybody else have experience with this or know literature on the subject ?
I’m either in one long (8th Jan) varying hypo, or fluctuating between ‘normal’ and hypo. My Apple Watch activity and sleep would indicate a long hypo based. My diet is also very different.
