You'll get a reply eventually. It's clear the CRM software Discogs staff are using (Zendesk last time I checked) prioritises tickets based on category selected and keywords.

It’s standard during a manic state (typically less severe in hypomania than it is in mania but still present for many). If it continues even after your hypomanic cycle ends then you can get a better idea on if it’s just a hypomanic symptom or something more permanent.
