Killer Giant (キラー・ジャイアント, Kirā Jaianto?) fue un adversario de una de las famosas batallas de Gol D. Roger, y de quien de dice que mató a cientos de piratas y fue descrito como un demonio.[1]

Theory. Just started watching the anime from the beginning after so many years... in Loguetown the bartender at the Gold Roger bar Says that when Gol D Roger defeated Killer Giant, Killer Giant says “Gold Roger, I take my hat of to you. You will forever be the King of the Pirates”.
Was the straw hat at Mariejois from "killer giant"? In loguetown at the bar the barsman tells the story of "killer giant" which was defeated by Roger. In his death he tells him: my hats off to you, and something of about Roger getting the honour of becoming the eternal pirate.
