Their classic lineup (1964–1978) consisted of lead vocalist Roger Daltrey, guitarist Pete Townshend, bassist John Entwistle and drummer Keith Moon. They are considered one of the most influential rock bands of the 20th century.

Sadly, his life ended whilst The Who’s influence was dwindling. The classic rock four-piece was creatively fatigued and out of shape, especially compared to the live performance powerhouse of a band they blossomed into at the turn of the previous decade.
