Although it'd probably be a fair fight, for the most part, the Avengers really gain their strength in their numbers. They also have a leg up in the form of their cohesiveness as a team.
The Dark Avengers. Rosters: JLD: Constantine, Deadman, Swamp Thing, Zatanna, Madame Xanadu, Frankenstein. DA: Iron Patriot, Scorpion, Moonstone, Bullseye, Noh-varr, Daken, Ares, Skarr and Sentry. The JLD clearly has more firepower so lets give the DA 1 week prep time. All in-character, 616 and New 52.
