3 de jun. de 2022 · John Cockerill, a Belgian industrial group, has integrated the cooling activities of Hamon, a French company, in Belgium, France and Spain. The acquisition strengthens John Cockerill's offer of low-carbon energy and responsible industry solutions.
May 27th 2023. The takeover of the ex-Hamon Group’s cooling activities is John Cockerill’s largest acquisition of the last 20 years, and is particularly meaningful for our Group. Cooling technologies are complementary to our portfolio of expertise.
John Cockerill Hamon est le nouveau nom de l'ex-groupe Hamon, créé en 1904 à Paris. Il propose des tours de refroidissement humides et sèches-humides, des aérocondenseurs et des systèmes d'eau pour diverses applications.
