The ITF World Tennis Tour is the new name for all former Pro Circuit tournaments. It provides the entry level of Professional Tournaments for men and women enabling players to eventually reach the higher level tournaments on the ATP Tour or WTA Tour and serving as the player pathway between the junior game and professional tennis.

The ITF Men's World Tennis Tour serves as the entry level for professional tennis and sits between the ITF Junior World Tennis Tour and the elite levels of men’s professional tennis. Results of ITF tournaments are incorporated into the ATP Ranking, which enables professionals to progress to the ATP Challenger Tour and, ultimately, the ATP Tour.
