Iqbal Z. Quadir (Bengali: ইকবাল জেড. কাদীর) is an entrepreneur and promoter of the role of entrepreneurship and innovation in creating prosperity in low-income countries. He has taught at Harvard Kennedy School and at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Iqbal Quadir is the Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations at Rice University and a former founder of Grameenphone. He has a degree from Swarthmore College and is a member of the Harvard Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation.
