INXS (a phonetic play on "in excess") were an Australian rock band, formed as the Farriss Brothers in 1977 in Sydney. [4] [5] The founding members were bassist Garry Gary Beers , main composer and keyboardist Andrew Farriss , drummer Jon Farriss , guitarist Tim Farriss , lead singer and main lyricist Michael Hutchence , and guitarist and saxophonist Kirk Pengilly . Inxs surgió en Australia, cuando los tres hermanos Farriss, Tim, Andrew y Jon, se unieron ara crear una banda. A este proyecto se les uniría Michael Hutchence como cantante, Kirk Pengilly en el saxofón y Garry Beers en el bajo.
