Stravinsky seems to confirm as much when he writes that “Debussy, who might well have been upset by The Rite was, in fact, much more upset by the success of it a year later.”

Malgré un livret un peu chiche, l’objet est d’assez belle facture. Kandinsky n’a rien à voir avec son compatriote, mais ça non plus, ce n’est pas très important.
