Let’s be completely honest: Hurtwood House will never win prizes for the beauty of its campus. The main house - the 19th Century Arts and Crafts House - is beautiful.

As well as a host of performance and acting opportunities including in an annual musical and in a pop concert, the school also provides many opportunities to learn practical filmmaking skills and even make documentaries.

28 de abr. de 2024 · I am not sure if the bombing of Hurtwood School is intended to mirror Britain’s worst civilian tragedy of the Second World War – six hundred people buried alive in the East End of London as they sheltered in Hallsville Junior School awaiting transport to safety, and despite the fact that the authorities had been warned three times that the school was a prime target.
