The 6th Edition of the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) was released in 2016 and is now the standard for both the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam. The title of this new HCM is “HCM 6th Edition: A Guide for Multimodal Mobility Analysis”.
