Through our work, we have earned the trust of local people and authorities, ensuring safe access to the people who need help the most across the hardest to reach places. We stayed there after the regime change in August 2021 and have since delivered humanitarian assistance to more than 350,000 Afghans, mainly in the northern and central provinces of the country.
People in Need fue fundado en 1992 por un grupo de corresponsales de guerra checos insatisfechos con simplemente transmitir información sobre los conflictos en curso y que empezaron a enviar ayuda. Gradualmente se estableció como una organización humanitaria y últimamente ha crecido incluyendo en su agenda otros temas, como derechos humanos y educación.

Make time in your day to provide a positive comment or review for a company or person who has provided you with excellent service or support.

Helping dissidents and supporting civil society in repressive states and countries that are undergoing democratic transition has been underlying the core philosophy of People in Need since its establishment in 1992. Latin America is a region where such a help is very much needed and so we started our activities in 1997 in Cuba.
Help people who are homeless. Help refugees. People who are elderly may also be among those who are in particular need of help. Often elderly individuals without familial support need assistance with instrumental activities of daily living, like laundry or grocery shopping, or may sometimes just need a friend to ease their loneliness.
