Gregg Allman (Gregory Lenoir Allman, født 8. december 1947 i Nashville, Tennessee, død 27. maj 2017) var en amerikansk rock- og blues-sanger, keyboardspiller, guitarist og sangskriver, bedst kendt som medstifter af rockgruppen The Allman Brothers Band.
