William Oliver Stone (Nueva York, 15 de septiembre de 1946) es un director, guionista, productor de cine y exmilitar estadounidense. Stone ganó un Premio Óscar al Mejor guion adaptado por su trabajo en Expreso de Medianoche (1978). También escribió el guion de la famosa película de gánsteres Scarface (1983).
