16 de jun. de 2021 · Fernando de Magallanes, o Fernão de Magalhães (ca. 1480-1521), fue un marino portugués cuya expedición, al servicio de España, fue la primera en circunnavegar el globo en 1519-22. Magallanes murió durante el viaje en lo que hoy son las Filipinas, y sólo regresaron a Europa 22 de los 270 tripulantes originales.
