ELO makes it onto the cool bus because of the Roy Wood/Move/Idle Race connection. No, really, they are great on their own merit. For a rip-off symphonic Beatles. Excellent tunes, kinda unfairly got tossed out as bloviating dinosaurs when punk came in, but I get it. I'd sub out "Roll Over Beethoven" for "Mama" or "From The Sun To The World".
