Cocteau Twins, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Chapterhouse, Lush, Slowdive, This Mortal Coil, Catherine Wheel, and Swervedriver are all solid classic Shoegaze bands. There’s a bunch more that you might throw in from the fringe or later but those are solid.
