This mod makes it so after defeating Delirium, it drops a new item called "Delirious R Key". This item works nearly identical to R Key, except that it also replaces 6 of your red heart containers with broken hearts.

Upon use, spawns Delirium in a form of a friendly boss for the current room. Changes the appearance of the current room so it looks like a different chapter.
