Tennant can be Michael. I think he could be really good in the role, although it would be a little awkward for me to see the face of the 10th Doctor in the role of William Afton. Well, he already played a purple MAN so him playing a purple GUY isn't such a stretch.
I'd love to see David Tennant tbh, he always manages to be incredibly entertaining in pretty much any sort of role. (still my fav Doctor too, ...
