i know smoking is a good way to shut off the dreams but i just cant reintroduce it to my life again, the weed was controlling me more than i controlled it and i dont want to fall back in that hole. but yes i wake up about every 3-4 hours, fall back asleep for another 3-4 until i wake up. No ofc don't go back to weed.
