The 2024 awards are presented to four accomplished alumni and one dedicated patron in a private virtual event on April 23.
1 de may. de 2024 · The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music has once again been named as one of Playbill’s “Big 10.” Ranked as one of the top star-producing institutions in the nation, CCM was represented by at least 24 alumni performing on Broadway stages during the ’22-23 season.

26 de abr. de 2024 · Peter Jutras, PhD, professor of piano and piano pedagogy and director of the Hugh Hodgson School of Music (HHSOM) at the University of Georgia, has been named dean of the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, effective Aug. 1, 2024, pending approval of the UC Board of Trustees.

6 de may. de 2024 · CCM alumnus wins 2024 Solti Conducting Award. UC College-Conservatory of Music alumnus François López-Ferrer (BM Composition, ‘12) is the recipient of the prestigious Sir Georg Solti Conducting Award, awarded annually to a promising American conductor 36 years of age or younger.
22 de abr. de 2024 · Since spring 2023, the University of Cincinnati has offered a general music class at the College Conservatory of Music that delves into Taylor Swift’s music and lyrical talents but now UC is offering two more classes that study the pop icon's writing and societal themes. The new courses are in philosophy and English and will begin this fall.
