Christine Baranski is an Emmy and Tony-award winning American stage and screen actress. She is perhaps best known for her Emmy Award-winning portrayal as Maryanne Thorpe on the sitcom Cybill, which was created by The Big Bang Theory 's Chuck Lorre, and her role as Diane Lockhart on The Good Wife.
