Chow Yun-fat (en chino, 周润发; pinyin, Zhōu Rùnfā; Isla Lamma, Hong Kong, 18 de mayo de 1955) es uno de los actores más conocidos internacionalmente procedentes de Hong Kong junto con Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Tony Leung y Michelle Yeoh, entre otros.
The Los Angeles Times proclaimed Chow Yun-Fat "the coolest actor in the world". In the mid '90s, Chow moved to Hollywood in an ultimately unsuccessful attempt to duplicate his success in Asia. His first two films, The Replacement Killers (1998) and The Corruptor (1999), were box office failures.

Biografía. Mide 1’86. Chow Yun-Fat es un actor de Hong Kong. Su padre trabajaba en la compañía petrolífera Shell y su madre se dedicaba a labores agrícolas. En su infancia vendió té y bebida de gelatina antes de ocuparse en su adolescencia en diversos oficios, entre ellos taxista y cartero.
