28 de jul. de 2020 · Chocolatey ’s repository is huge and mature. If winget is unable to install your app, try to choco install it – you might be pleasantly surprised. 🔗 Scoop: non-Admin by default, installs in user directory. Scoop is designed for developers who have an affinity for Unix.
I have all three but default on Chocolatey for familiarity and reliability. I tried Winget several times and like its direction. Probably a few more tries will make me more likely to use it. I find Scoop pretty redundant, but can understand why some users would pick it.

2 de jul. de 2022 · There are similar tools available, like Chocolatey, Ninite and CoApp. While there's a more in-depth comparison with Chocolatey and Winget here, here are some general reasons why you might like to try Scoop. Scoop: avoids GUIs whenever possible, keeps you on the command line.
