It is Brandon's sixth written book and his first published book. The book, set on the planet Sel, tells the story of how Raoden and Sarene restore the magical Elantrians to their former glory.

(Who used to be named Galerion, if you hadn’t figured that out.) There is a lot of other material here as well, beyond the Seon/Aon explanation. I’ll talk about that below.

  7. The map for Elantris has come a long way. I recently managed to track down some very old versions of the map, and thought it would be fun to show the map in all of its various stages. For a lot of these maps, you’ll need to click on them to see the larger version to make out a lot of the detail. Some of these are rather embarrassing.
