Blue. YOU'RE BLUE NOW. THAT'S MY ATTACK! Papyrus. When blue, the SOUL is in Jump Mode and affected by gravity, much like a side-scrolling/platformer perspective. This SOUL color is used by both Papyrus and Sans in battle and is the first time the protagonist's SOUL changes color.
Blue SOUL. Attacks go in the following order: A "blue attack" that Sans warned the protagonist about, causing blue-colored bones to scroll across the Bullet Board. After all the blue-colored bones have passed, however, Papyrus turns the protagonist's SOUL blue and sends a small bone across the screen that catches most players off-guard.
From UT's clues, Integrity's defense item (tutu) is the only one that's described as "dusty", which led some people to the hype theory that they were murderous. I think it's an exaggeration, and dust is simply dust, but if one would want to have one of the previous humans as murderous in their fan interpretation, Integrity is most likely the way to go.
