Bladestorm does stack with warrior buffs and abilities such as [Recklessness]. This ability must be triggered before using Bladestorm. Since warriors in Bladestorm usually deal a lot of damage, and cannot use any other abilities, Bladestorm often generates a large amount of rage.

This simple macro will use Avatar and Champion's Spear simultaneously, which is of particular use when using Signet of Tormented Kings in combination with Champion's Might, in order to ensure that an automatically-triggered Bladestorm will not prevent the Spear from being used.

Immune to CC isn’t too useful in PvE, and even when it is you might hold Bladestorm if it’s not optimal for damage (to get that part out of the way) Bladestorm does roughly the damage of Thunderous Roar, a little better than Spear of Bastion (with no talents).
