Admission to our summer programs is by audition only. Our flagship five-week Summer Course in NYC for 12 to 18 year olds offers intensive exposure to SAB’s year-round training syllabus and provides an opportunity for students to experience the unparalleled cultural offerings of New York City.
SAB holds summer program auditions at our headquarters in New York City on designated dates in January. Applicants who live closer to one of the cities on the National Audition Tour list are encouraged to attend one of those auditions as space is limited at NYC auditions. Auditions are open to dancers of all genders who have achieved intermediate or advanced levels of ballet training. Applicants for all Summer Intensives must turn 12 by June 24, 2024 and be no older than 20 on June 24, 2024.
